Introduction of Nobahar concrete
The initial studies on the construction of the Nobahar autoclaved gas lightweight concrete block factory began in 2011 with the aim of using modern technologies. Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) is a modern product which has specific properties that some are listed below:
- Lightweight
- Resistant to fire
- Soundproof
- Heat insulates
- Resistant to decay
- Eco-Friendly
- And …
that all above gives you lighter and Earthquake-resistant building structures.
In order to achieve these goals, NOBAHAR MARAND COMPLEX Board of Directors decided to focus on this technology. So NOBAHAR AUTOCLAVED AERATED CONCRETE factory established in 2011 with the aim of manufacturing AAC blocks and play a big role in this industry. After feasibility studies the executive operation started on a land of about 2 hectares in Marand city, Iran. Then in September 2017, factory was fully operational including following product lines:
۱- Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block (AAC) unit with capacity of 500 cubic meters per day
۲- Crushing and processing silica unit with capacity of 400 tons per day
۳- Crushed and micronized unit of baked limestone with a daily capacity of 150 tons
۴- Production unit for micronized lime powder
۵- Office buildings, welfare, laboratories and warehouses
The company got AAC-2 autoclaved concrete standard certificate in December 2017.
And in February 2018, obtained a technical certificate from the Housing Research Center and adapted it to the National Building Regulations and the ISIR-8592 standard from the Building and Housing institute.
